Om 23.35 uur gestart van Chedburgh, Suffolk – stortte om ± 02.30 uur op 20 kilometer ten westen van Walcheren in de Noordzee. Deze machine  werd onderschept en neergeschoten door Oblt. Viktor Sorko (II./NJG 3) danwel Major Günther Radusch (Stab II./NJG 3), die beiden omstreeks 02.29 uur een overwinning op een Short Stirling claimden.
